A friend of mine told me a few days ago that she is having another baby.

When she had the first one, I didn't knit or crochet so I didn't make a baby blanket for her back then. I guess I found the perfect project for my stash busting needs! I will use the same pattern I used for the previous one, but different colours (although it is the same kind of yarn from one of my trips to the US, synthetic and shiny, very unforgiving for my uneven knitting):
